The Financial Supervisory Authority has approved the merger of The Transport Workers’ Unemployment Fund with the Open Unemployment Fund A-kassa as of 1 January 2023.
No action is required from current A-kassa members due to the merger. We will provide more information on the progress of the merger this fall if necessary.
The Transport Workers’ Unemployment Fund and A-kassa have previously approved the merger agreement at their meetings on 18 May 2022 and 30 May 2022.
