Mobility allowance
The purpose of the mobility allowance is to encourage accepting employment further away from home. Mobility allowance covers expenses from commuting and moving if you accept a job or a place in training that is a prerequisite for a job, and your commute is long.
Restructuring protection allowance
Restructuring protection allowance and restructuring protection training are part of the restructuring protection package for persons aged 55 or over.
Those eligible for restructuring protection are entitled to a restructuring protection allowance, training and longer time off for re-employment.

The right to job alternation leave ended on 1 August 2024, when the job alternation leave system was abolished.
