Mobility allowance
The purpose of the mobility allowance is to encourage accepting employment further away from home. Mobility allowance covers expenses from commuting and moving if you accept a job or a place in training that is a prerequisite for a job, and your commute is long.
Alternation compensation
Alternation allowance is a benefit paid by the unemployment fund for the period of alternation leave.
You can take job alternation leave if your full-time employment with the same employer has lasted for at least 13 months before the leave begins.
An employment history of at least 20 years before the start of job alternation leave is a prerequisite for the leave.
Restructuring protection allowance
Restructuring protection allowance and restructuring protection training are part of the restructuring protection package for persons aged 55 or over.
Those eligible for restructuring protection are entitled to a restructuring protection allowance, training and longer time off for re-employment.
