The opening hours of A-kassa-s general telephone service is temporarily limited so that we can direct our resources to processing benefit applications and shortening the processing time.

You can see the up-to-date processing status on our website. We process applications in order of arrival.

If you have any questions or would like to provide additional clarification on the information in your application, we recommend contacting us via eService.
