Accessibility statement

This is the accessibility statement of the Open Unemployment Fund’s website www.a-kassa.fi. It has been updated on 4 of August 2022.

Accessibility of the service has been assessed by an external expert organization on January 2022. Improvements to the website have been done according to the assessment report.

Status of accessibility of the digital service

Open Unemployment Fund’s website meets most of the accessibility requirements. Requirements that the law provides are fulfilled to a large extent and there are no critical deficiencies in accessibility.

Based on the accessibility analysis, the most significant remedial measures that are now in accorance with the WCAG 2.1 standards have been completed in February 2022. The site may contain images that are missing alt texts as well as links, PDF’s and other files that do not meet all the accessibility requirements. They will be made accessible alongside other updates to the website. In future, our aim is that all published content on our website is accessible.
