Benefits paid on 1 July have been paid twice

Benefits paid on 1 of July have been incorrectly paid again on 2 of July. The incorrect payments concern earnings-related allowance, alternation compensation and mobility allowance.

We are trying to resolve the scale and cause of the problem, and we will update the situation as soon as possible.

We will also send further instructions personally to those members, who have received double payments.
