No membership fee is collected from benefits

The Unemployment Fund of Finnish Industrial Workers does not collect membership fees from the benefits it pays out. During unemployment, you do not pay membership fees from the benefits paid out by the unemployment fund or Kela. Membership fees are paid normally from earned income.
