Industrial Union to participate in political protest
The Industrial Union will participate in the political protest against the activity model on Friday, 2 February. The union is also organising a political strike beginning on 2 February at 6 am and ending at the same time the next morning.
With the strike and protest, the union wants to express its views on the activity model and the actions of the Government.

If you are unemployed and you take part in the protest, you do not need to report this in your daily allowance application. If you are participating in an employment promotion measure, absence from the measure must be reported on the application. If you are participating in training in job seeking, work trial, rehabilitative work or career training, the daily allowance will not be paid for the period of absence from the measure except in case of your own or a child’s illness or a job interview.
